SAINT DOMINIC’S DAY

6:00 a.m. at the Saint Dominic Fountain
Setting out the Water Jugs
Preparation of the Water Jugs for Benediction and Sale -This Years Edition: 5,500 reproductions of Water jug from Barcelos (Portugal), reproductions stamped with the motif of this years Water jug Festival.  

10 a.m. at the Church: 
High Mass in honor of Saint Dominic of Guzman
and the traditional Renewal of the "Village Vow" followed by the traditional benediction of the Saint Dominic Spring’s water (at the Main Street Fountain) After their benediction, this year’s jugs will be placed on sale.

Prizes for everyone

Grand Water Jug Lifting Contest
 From 10 to 200 Kg.
Prizes: 300 €. To the best classified in the male and female categories.

Trophies for the second and third place in each category.
